This month we are working on Track and Field Activities! 3rd grade through 5th grade would also be completing their end of the year Fitness Test!
​
There are 4 fitness test we do each year. Once at the beginning of the year and once at the end of the year to see your progress! Those activities are push-ups, sit-ups, the Pacer Test and the shuttle run!
​
Our key terms that we would be focusing on as muscular endurance, muscular strength, stamina, and speed!
